9th July 2009

The new stock is now in place; customs cleared the shipment as usual in their normal timely manner (unlike last time!).

8th July 2009

We have a new batch of stock that has been ordered and is currently on it's way. The expected delivery date is Thursday (9th July) but from my experience of the last packages, I will be waiting until the stock is physically here before I update the website stock levels.

As always, we will keep you updated with the status.

Four days late, the new stock is finally here! For everyone that put orders into the shop and didn't get our usual prompt service, we have given you a discount to help ease the pain of not having your parts when you expected them.

The most annoying fact about the customs holdup was that I don't normally update the stock figures until the goods are physically in stock. This one time, I thought I would update the stock levels before the boxes arrived - I won't be making that mistake again!

The new stock should have been with us today, but we have a slight problem with customs; we are not sure what is wrong but customs are taking a closer look at our packages.

Personally, we think the customs people just want to have a play with the wonder that is the CopterX heli.

Lots of good news this month: Firstly we are now buying direct from CopterX and secondly the pound has gained value against the dollar.

As CopterX pricing is based on the dollar, this means that prices for the helis and parts are cheaper and we will pass this saving directly onto you.

All prices have now been recalculated with immediate effect and we are confident that our prices are the best you will find for all CopterX parts anywhere on the net

One last note: New stock has been ordered and delivery is expected sometime next week. We will let you know a definate date as soon as we know anything further.

We have completely sold out of CopterX helis! This has taken us a bit by surprise as last year we didn't sell very many helis and most people wanted spares This year we put a lot of money into spares and now everyone wants to buy a heli.

Reset assured, we will be ordering a new batch of helis in the next couple of weeks to meet current, and hopefully, future orders. We are also hoping to bring in our first new range of CopterX helis in the very near future; hopefully as soon as next month.

24th April 2009

The new stock has arrived and the shop now has all the parts for the CX450. Some parts are limited to one or two items, but the most popular items we have quantities of. More stock will be on it's way within the next few days.

Unfortunately, we have had to increase the prices in the shop due to the exchange rates between the US dollar and the UK pound. When we first set the prices of the shop, the pound was worth almost $2 and we priced everything as low as we could. Nine months later and the pound is only worth about $1.4 dollars and if we continued with our previous prices we would be making a loss on everything we sold. If you find any items where you think we have made a mistake with the new prices, please let us know.

From next month onward we are going to try to expand the range of CopterX products we supply. The first range we are trying to bring onboard will be the 'Black Angel' and complete parts for this heli. We will then be stocking the 450ME parts shortly after that, followed by the 480/500 and 200 ranges.

On a final note, we have had a few problems over the winter period with cashflow (mostly my own cashflow circumstances) and some orders were delayed in dispatch due to my work commitments.
We are now back on top of the situation. I have put extra cash into the shop to bring stock levels up and have had a change in my working arrangements so that all orders will be dispatched within 24hrs again. Just to make sure that our level of service doesn't slip again, I have made arrangements for someone else to cover the running of the shop in case I'm not available.

20th April 2009

After a rough and bumpey financial ride over the winter period, we are now fully back into the swing of things and the shop will again be fully stocked (expected around the 25th of April).

We are currently going through all the email over the last month that we may have missed. If we haven't got back to you, please accept our apologies; we should be in touch in the next couple of days.
If you need a more urgent answer to your question, or we don't get back to you for some reason, please don't hesitate to get in touch again and we promise we will be on the case.

Hi folks,

Firstly, it's been a difficult few months over the xmas period for us and we apologies for any orders that have been late and any emails we haven't answered in a timely manner. This has been due to me finding new employment - not an easy task in the current climate!

Things have now been sorted on a personal level and I am now able to turn my attention towards the CopterX shop.

New stock is now on it's way with our first order to CopterX which should be completed by the end of February. The stock will be available in the first couple of weeks of March and things should return to normal to keep you flying :)

We are also hoping to expand from April onwards to stock the whole range of CopterX products from the little Coaxial CopterX, through the 200 range and also the Angel and 500 sized heli's.
